Our mission

UserHero exists to give product, marketing, and support teams a single shared inbox to capture and act on customer signals. We think the gap between hearing from customers and doing something about it should be as close to zero as possible.

How we got here

UserHero started as a feedback widget. Users wanted a quick way to report bugs and share ideas without leaving the app, and we built that — screenshots, session context, one line of code to install.

Then teams started using it for more than feedback. Marketing wanted lead capture forms. Support needed threaded conversations and ticket pages. Product teams wanted workflows to triage everything into one board. So we built those too.

Today UserHero brings feedback, bug reports, support requests, and leads into one shared inbox — with screenshots and session context attached. We still care about the same things we did on day one: fast setup, full context, and privacy by default.
